In a highly collaborative, two hour session, we work with you to uncover insight around four key pillars to help us construct a Digital Roadmap for your organisation. The insights we capture around these four pillars provide a rounded and comprehensive view of your digital capability, infrastructure and key opportunities.
Our Digital Foundations Workshop provides a fully informed short, medium and long term strategy to help guide your investment in digital with confidence. By identifying the interdependencies of your digital strategy, we can help to maximise efficiencies, identify data considerations and optimise resourcing.
Our first engagement starts with a quick and easy fact-finding questionnaire.
Our 20 questions take no more than 10 minutes to complete, and provides us with vital intelligence which helps us structure the Digital Foundations Workshop.
We want the workshop to be as constructive and relevant as possible, so it’s essential we gather this high level information prior to planning the structure and content of the workshop session.
We take time to analyse the output of the Questionnaire and use it as stimulus to inform the content of our proposed workshop.
Ideally we need two hours with you, to work collaboratively through two, one hour sessions towards producing your Digital Roadmap.
Session 1: SWOT
We develop a deep understanding of the brand and wider influencing factors using SWOT analysis. In each quarter of the SWOT, we gather insight against all four of our digital pillars – People, Process, Platform and Performance.
This is a highly interactive session with insights detailed on large A1 sheets,with colours assigned to each of the pillars to help differentiate insight.
Session 2: Draft Roadmap
Using all the insight gathered from the Questionnaire and SWOT, we are now in a position to construct your digital roadmap. On large A1 sheets, we detail short, medium and long term goals and activity from left to right, for our four digital pillars.
By the end of the workshop, you will have a tangible roadmap, detailing short, medium and long term digital goals for your organisation to focus on.
Your final Roadmap is a vital tool for informing the size and scope of our engagement, as well as establishing timelines around delivery of digital infrastructure.
