Sales Representative
(Location: Tilburg/Amsterdam, Experience: 3-6 years of working experience)

Are you an experienced (Dutch-speaking) commercially driven Salesperson, looking for a position in which you get to build your own commercial portfolio and make a real business impact?
Then we got you covered! As our new Sales Representative, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our (mid-market) prospects during their exciting journey in the world of Consumer AI!

  • You get excited from developing deep trusted adviser relationships with Business Decision Makers by actively understanding customer business pains, requirements, strategic growth objectives, industry trends, and providing business-value-outcome-based solutions;
  • You have a strong commercial drive, and can find the right trade-off between being assertive and empathetic;
  • You own and deliver on revenue targets in a fast-pacing sales environment with >100% year to year growth ambition;
  • You get energized from analyzing and identifying the market and growth potential every day while managing the whole deal process (from lead generation to closure).
  • You have experience in selling technology or software as a service.
  • You aim to understand our clients’ business thoroughly, which enables you to find valuable business opportunities through our Consumer AI technology;
  • You thrive in an environment withshort and fast communication lines;
  • You are a strong communicator and presenterand have thepower to convince prospects that investments in Consumer AI will return in multiple folds;
  • You would qualify yourself as an approachable and pro-active partner for our prospects;
  • You have affinity with the ever-changing and fast-evolving world of Personalization and Consumer AI and would love to know more about this domain;
  • You currently live in the Netherlands;
  • You are fluent in Dutch as well as the English language and are looking for a job for 32-40 hours/week.

From our experience, we expect people who conducted an HBO/University program in Business Administration, Economics, or anything Business related to be a good fit for this position. Furthermore, you are looking for your 2nd or 3rd step in your career (3-6 years of experience). Ideally, your previous role was for example as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Sales Consultant in a technical/data-oriented environment.
